Once again we headed to Nosara Costa Rica for January and February to lead our iLa Yoga Retreat. Nosara has changed much since we began going there in 2008, yet it still holds the same draw for us. The waves, sunshine, sand, simplicity, and now community continues to draw us back to this beautiful place each year.

Our retreat at the Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort was such an amazing week, with an incredible group of people from around the world and we can't wait for next year. We are nearly sold out, but do have a few spots left so if you'd like to join us, email bridget@ilayoga.com to see what's available.
